Work

The best work is doing the things that only you can do. A team of people like that, can create the best value (in any industry).

Where your original value (what only you can do) and your passion (what you love to do) intersect - that's the sweet spot. That's unique to you and your original stamp on the world so to speak. When you take that and apply it, you've found a way to do work you love and you're at the top of your game. That's where life gets to be very exciting and fulfilling. Another great thing is you can apply this to anything. When this is applied to a business model, that's where a company takes off.

We're still learning. I find it fun and exciting just even to write this. It's very liberating.
