Remember

Remember the good things that people have told you over the course of your life — maybe, when you achieved something or passed a goal post and how good that felt. In the moment, it is easy to forget and go on to the next thing. Always keep those good memories in your heart and mind.

It is so easy to remember the negatives and criticism. While improving yourself is a daily goal to work on, it is also important to appreciate what is working. This is something I have only started to even see these days. It will help you so much when the going gets tough. It is a little strength from people who have loved and/or appreciated you. Hold on to that.

Protect Your Mind 🛡

But I wanted to say this. In my opinion, the most important thing you can do for your wellbeing is to protect your mind.

Please be careful what you take in and feed your mind positivity and good things. Before you know it, you will feel happy and start to see connections and come up with solutions unexpectedly and easily. The mind is a glorious thing and when you feel loved, you are unstoppable.

It helps in everything.
