One of my favorite foods I ate in Camden, ME regularly when I lived there was mussels. I would get a V-shaped bowl of steaming mussels in a delicious, buttery broth along with a fresh bread roll and fresh juice at a local restaurant. I would sit up at the bar and have it. The restaurant was a favorite among the locals, warm and welcoming while being relaxed and understated.

It is quite easy to put together I have found and delicious. I add a fresh herbed garlic butter for the rolls and a nice fresh salad.
