It's a lovely day. There's a lot to be happy about.

A person told me a while back to be grateful for what I had. At the time, I was conflicted about several things. What I find though now that I've felt loved and understood, I instantly feel appreciative and thankful for what I have and the lovely good people in my life starting with my mom and moving outwards to my friends, who are like family to me and then people I work with, who too have become close friends. Coming from a state of appreciation also opens up so much joy and happiness.

What I have found is that as much as I seek to achieve and will keep going upward that way (I must! ha! the drive is strong!!), number one on my list of priorities is to be happy. My best friend helped me see that. It's radically changed everything for the better. From that place, I make better decisions I have found and appreciate what I have and the people in my life. . :)
