Definitions

I had a good conversation with an Apple tech support guy earlier and this ignited a few ideas and got me thinking about definitions and distinctions between being an inventor and an entrepreneur. I wanted to clarify a few things because it helps me and hopefully, you all as well in making sense of things. Here's a quick stab at it:

Idea Originator - I just came up with this term to define a person who is good at coming up with ideas.

Inventor - This would be a person who takes an idea and creates something new and original with it (often tangible but it can also be something online/virtual these days).

Entrepreneur - This would be the "make it happen" kind of individual who takes an idea or an invention and pushes it forward with a plan and a process that generates an income or revenue and thus becomes profitable.

Where do you see yourself? Are these different stages of progress or separate and whole in and of themselves?
