I'm old fashioned. I believe in the integrity of the written word. I think what you write matters.

Everything else you add, whether it's being witty or saying shocking things in front of audiences, is just icing on the cake. :) It can never replace the real thing, which is crafting an excellent story that inspires and engages people  -  a story that lives beyond you.
